About this object

A rectangular silk and wool paisley or kashmir shawl. The center area is cream colored and the outer border is a design of small blue flowers alternating with cypress type clusters. Below this are two rows of flower motifs. In each corner of the center cream area are large blue paisleys. There is a cream fringe at the warp ends.
