About this object

One of a set table linens, including 30 mats, 30 napkins, 30 doilies/coasters and 2 runners. The primary design is the Belgian coat of arms. The mats are rectangular with a 2 inch lace border, and in the center is the coat of arms supported by two lions. The doilies are in Venise needle lace on a ground of bars. The edge is of Bobbin lace in fine Bruges with Honiton droschel mesh ground. In the center is MPD in Venise needle lace.
