About this object

One of set of table linens, including 30 mats, 30 napkins, 30 doilies, and 2 runners. The primary design is the Belgian coat of arms. The napkins are linen with a 1 inch border of bobbin lace. There are insets of Belgian Venise needle lace with a design of a shield with a Belgian lion and lettering 'Belgique'on a ground of hexogonal buttonhole bars. The corner motifs are 2 1/4 inches in diameter.
