About this object

Round tablecloth in fine muslin with many insets of Vieux Flandre mixed needle and bobbin lace and oval medallions in fine Belgian Venise needle lace. At center is a round medallion in Venise needlelace set in muslin surrounded by a Veiux Flandre ring. Muslin areas are decorated with white embroidery, small cutwork square holes,and pulled work fillings. The center ring is further surrounded by eight petals forming a star shape.
