About this object

This white flounce is appliqued on diamond net. The design is of scrolling panels with six oval medallions at the edge alternating with rose and shelled curves. There are stemmed leaves curving over flanking medallians with roses and three tiny flowers and buds. The flowers are needle lace. The net has dots although the last three inches of the flounce is without dots or border pattern.
