Rectangular ecru tablecloth in Belgian or Chinese Venise needle lace in an elaborate floral and scroll design. The pattern of the outer border consists of a broad design of diamond shaped plaquettes interspersed with floral and leaf devices. It has a scalloped edge. The interior border contains large urns of flowering plants and conforming floral devices. At either end is a lozenge shaped oval of flowers. Inside this is another border of lace, within which is an oval. There are more floral designs between the edge and the oval, within the oval is a larger diamond pattern.
