About this object

The needlework on the cushion shows a sailing ship proceeding to the right. It has three masts with three tan billowing sails. Three flags in dark red and off white fly from the masts. The body of the ship is yellow with black edging. The sea is in shades of green and tan and has a scalloped edge. The sky is blue with yellow stars. The needlework is mounted on a cushion covered with red silk taffeta.
