Savonnerie type rug, general design is narrow red border at edge, inside another border of ovals repeated end to end, and in the center swags and scrolls of leaves and flowers on a mottled ground with some area rugs bearing diamond shaped cartouches with bouquets of flowers and leaves.Originally located in Hillwood's second floor hall.
