About this object

The domino box is made in mother-of-pearl mounted in gold. All of the sides are plain except for the cover which has a blank medallion for a monogram and an engraved decoration of leaves. A gold pin releases the cover which slides out. Inside are miniature dominoes in mother-of-pearl with the dots for numbers in gold.
