The balls are cut to open. Each forms a triptych or diptych carved with some pseudo-historical scene. This roundel contains a triptych. The two sides show two people standing in each. They clutch at their collars. The center shows a man with a woman and two children holding onto him. He has his hand on the door as if to leave and his family tries to make him stay.
