About this object

This pair of vitrines are made in the Adam style. The exterior is painted with swags of flowers and oval medallions. It has a cornice top and a single glazed door which is decorated with urn-shaped wood molding. It contains three shelves and has a mirror back. The base of this vitrine contains four small drawers in the center. Each side of the base contains two open book shelves.
