About this object

The small table is made in the Adam style. The top is painted with a border of morning glories and is plain in the center. It has two drawers in the front, each with two round brass loop pulls. It stands on square straight legs painted with a rinceau. In between the legs is a low shelf with incurving sides. This is painted with a bowl full of fruit within a border of beads. The top is rectangular in shape and the back end of the table lifts upwards.
