About this object
The cabinet has a bronze upper frame with curved glass corners in front. There is a large single front swing door in plate glass and the top is glass as well. There are six plate glass shelves, a mirrored bottom shelf and on the back of the cabinet. The platform base is made of carved gilt wood, with a circular motif on the freize which has a projecting rectangle in the middle with a laurel wreath topped by a bow. There are swags carved in the round are draped from the front of the base and short round tapered carved legs.
