About this object

The oval backs have the frame carved with [transcription] on the inner edge and a ribbon on the outer. There are acanthus leaves where the back joins the seats and the arms. The arms at the front are carved with the [transcription] on the upper part and with bellflowers on the lower. The edge of the seat is carved similarly to the back. At the joint of the arms, legs and seat are carved rosettes in rectangles. The legs have turning on the upper part and leaves on the lower.
