About this object

The table is of rectangular shape with three drawers on the front, and standing on four cabriole legs. A brass railing in openwork edges the top, which has marquetry representing three intertwined floral sprays. Similar sprays decorate the sides and back. The drawers on the front have each two horizontal sprays. The four corners bear each a thin rococo gilt metal ornament, as do the four feet. The legs are plain, and end on rococo ormolu sabots.
