Plate is decorated with a profusion of designs, including the monogram NA for Nicholas II, the imperial double-headed eagle, as well as the imperial coat of arms and those of St. Petersburg and Moscow, all in many colors and gold. At the top is the personal coat-of-arms of the emperor, with the crown of a king overall.
