The bust represents Tsar Alexander I of Russia. He has short brown curly hair, and pink cheeks. He is dressed in a black uniform with a high collar with braid on the shoulders. He wears a badge at his neck and a star on his left breast. He wears the blue sash of the Order of Saint Andrew First Called across his chest. The pedestal foot is plain.
