On the front of the cup is a blue medallion with a profile of Edward VIII facing to the left. Above is the English royal crown and to the right and left are sprays of laurel leaves and British flags. Below is a banderole with an inscription. The cup is white with a gold rim and gold edging on the ear shaped handle.
