About this object

Footed cups bulge at the base of the bowl. The rims gently curve outward. On the interior of the cup at the lip is a gilt band with a raised undulating leaf vine decoration. Next is a narrow white band, then a wide band of plain white painted with gold leafy scrolls. Next is a gilt band, the same as that at the lip. The very bottom is plain white. There is gilding on the ear-shaped handle and on the edge of the foot. The rest of the exterior is plain white. The saucer has similar decoration, however the rim is shaped.
