About this object

Footed cup bulges at base of bowl, the rim just barely curves outward. On the interior around the lip is a wide gilt band with raised fantastic figures, elves, some with wings, a deer and as tag each drawing a chariot, next is a plain deep red band with a narrow gilt edge at bottom. The very bottom of the bowl is plain white. There is gilding on the foot and on the ear-shaped handle. Rest of exterior is plain white.
