About this object

A dinner plate with a white ground. Around the edge is a gold band and within the outer edge is a series of five pointed stars. In the center is a picture of Old Federal Hall 1789. This is surrounded by a gold edge. The picture shows the hall to the right with a crowd of people in front of it. To the left is a path and a lawn with a few people walking. At the far left is a church.
