About this object

The vases are classical in shape and rest on a square base. Around the center in white is a freize of female dancing figures dressed in the classical style. Around the shoulders of the vase are floral swags and within the swags are acanthus leaves. The handles are attached by masks of Pan. About the base in white are acroteria. The lids are small and have a knop on top.
