About this object

The statuette shows a young woman standing. She is an allegory for Asia from a set of the four continents. She holds a gold scepter in her left hand with one end resting on her shoulder. Hanging from her right arm is a beige incense burner. She wears a red purple conical headress with five gold ornaments on her head. She also wears a green coat lined in rust red with a floral border.
