About this object

Center on a white ground is painted the badge of the Imperial Order of St. Andrew First Called, in colors. The rim is in royal blue, edged with gold and against this are three large and three small cartouches with elaborate gold frames, each one painted with a badge of an Imperial order, i.e. St. George the Martyr, St. Alexander Nevskii, the White Eagle, St. Vladimir and St. Anna.
