Part of a service made for the yacht "The Queen Victoria" presented by the Queen to the Russian Tsar. The borders are dark blue outlined in gold and interrupted by cartouches outlined in gold. The rest of the plate is white except for the Imperial double-headed eagle in black and the crown in red and gold and a banner in red and gold and a banner in red with "The Queen Victoria" in Russian on a and b; and English on c.
