About this object

In center is the Russian double-headed eagle in black on a green ground. Around this on a gold band is an inscription in black and gold. There is then a series of gold lozenges with red flowers and also green leaves on a white ground. The border is gold with a scroll and green and blue flowers, each with a yellow center. These plates were copied from an enameled one of Alexei Mikheilovich in the Kremlin.
