About this object

Wide, plum-colored band around the center is decorated with stylized Hellenistic leaf and floral motifs in blue, gold, red and green. Above and below is a narrow gold band. The pedestal foot is partly white and partly gold (alternating). The branch-like handle curves above the cup and centers a fleurette, the whole being gilded. Interior is partially gilded also.
