Decorated around the center with a gold rinceau on a pale blue ground. Gold borders above and below are outlined in white. Ends are in plain gold, and the ribbon, red with a white border. The decoration suggests the work of the Imperial Porcelain Factory during the reign of Nicholas I, rather than later.
