White ground, angular handles; a circular panel with a gold border studded with pearls, the center being in dark brown painted in white and gray with one or more classical figures in the Pompeian manner. Except for a green and gold border, the rest of the surface is white with small sprays of flowers in gold. a: Tray; b: teapot; c: sugar bowl and cover; d: creamer and cover; e,f: two cups; g,h: two saucers.
