About this object
In center is a light green medallion with the initials of the Tsar Paul I and his wife, Maria Fedorovna, surmounted by the Imperial crown all in gold. The gold frame with a bowknot at the top is intertwined with a purplish garland of leaves and flowers. The border has the same pale green. On this is a band of alternately gold and purplish which is interwoven with a garland of flowers and leaves in the same purplish color. The edge is in gold. On the back is the mark for the Imperial Porcelain Factory in the time of Catherine II.
