About this object

Cup has large oval panel painted with landscape in the foreground is the open door of a cottage with a peasant woman seated with her spinning. Most of the rest of the cup is gilt, much of which has worn off. Near handle are trophies in white. Matching saucer has three oval panels, each with a landscape and one figure. Rest of saucer is gilt, except for trophies in white between each landscape.
