The ground is pink; the sides of the cup is straight, the edge of the saucer are plain; each piece has a panel reserved in white containing a single exotic bird in a landscape; each panel is framed by a plain gold band with gold flower sprays- on the cup two attached at the top and bottom, on the saucer four around the rim.
