The ground is turquoise-blue, in the center, on white is a cluster of flowers and fruit in natural color, on the rim are three oval panels reserved in white, framed by a plain gold band, each containing a single exotic bird in a landscape, between the panels are swags of roses in gold on the turquoise ground.
