About this object

All the plates have centers painted with winged cupids among clouds engaged in different activities. .6 Cupid playing with a shield with Gorgon's head on it. A looped ribbon in turquoise-blue is painted partially on the rim and partially into the center and forms six curves each containing a spray of flowers in natural color. The space between the ribbon and the edge of the plate is filled with gold oeil de perdrix except for six small turquoise-blue triangles opposite the loop.
