The ground is turquoise-blue; in the center, on a white ground is a putto seated on clouds and blowing soap bubbles- sorrounded by a looped ribbon forming four curves, each containing a floral spray in natural color; the rim is turquoise-blue and has four oval panels reserved in white each containing a floral spray and framed by gold vine scrolls; the outside of the rim is painted just like the inside.
