The ground is turquoise-blue, the center of the plate is painted with a bust portrait of a woman identified in the back as "Mme de Lacinska", the portrait is framed by two sprays of leaves and flowers in gold and a garland of flowers in natural color intertwined by a turquoise ribbon, the scalloped rim has raised scrolls and flowers in gold on a turquoise ground.
