About this object

On a white ground, sprays of flowers in natural colors within panels formed by curved bands of gold leaves. On the small lid, the handle is in the form of a flower. Scalloped edges of lid and bowl are pink. The cup is fastened to an ormolu stand with four curving legs on a base resting on four small paw feet, in the center of the base is a flame in ormolu.
