In the center of the dish on a white ground is an elaborate coat of arms of a member of the Russian Imperial family from which hangs the chain and badge of the Order of St. Andrew First Called, all in black, gold and colors. On the rim is in royal blue with an elaborate decoration in gold on royal blue. Made for some member of the Imperial family.
