About this object

The decoration of these wares is distinctive. Wide bands on all pieces are in bleu Fallot covered with circles of gold dots and "incrusté" at wide intervals with clusters of various flowers, these bands are edged in gold on the inside, and on the outside with slightly molded white leaf scrolls alternating with stylized fan-like motifs, all touched with gold, the remaining areas, in white, are painted with scattered roses with leaves, either singly, in pairs, or just buds.
