About this object

The ground is turquoise-blue. The exterior has three oval panels reserved in white framed in gold with the usual leafy scrolls and floral sprays and in addition fretwork and a couple of birds. Each panel contains a putto on clouds, one with grapes, another with a dove, and a third with roses. The top of the interior is painted with curving floral sprays in gold outlining a solid turquoise-blue area. The bottom of the interior is panted with eleven flying birds each carrying a leafy twig.
