About this object

The ground is pale yellow. On the front of the cup is a quatrefoil outlined in plain gold, containing a basket of flowers and fruit in natural color on a white ground, resting on a dark purple ledge. On the sides are shaded pink scrolls containing clusters of pink roses and flanked by garlands of flowers. Similar motifs appear on the saucer, alternating with three quatrefoils, in the center a cluster of flowers and fruit, the exterior of the saucer and the interior of the cup are gilded.
