About this object

The punch bowl has a flaring scalloped rim. The rim has a design of floral sprays. Around the middle is a band of oval elliptical medallions containing rosettes with very fine cross hatching. The lower part of the bowl has lozenges. Some of the lozenges are edged with beading. These alternate with lozenges that contain a floral spray. There is no foot. The bottom is cut with a six petaled flower.
