About this object

Squat body is ribbed and is enamelled with four Russian eagles in black, each topped by the imperial crown and holding the scepter and globe in gilding. Between the four black eagles are four blue Maltese crosses. Neck bulges outward in the upper part and the ridges are gilded at the top. Stopper missing.
