About this object

The seal is cut in a flat shape with lines cut down the central front and back. The top and bottom are cut. The top is narrow and rectangular in shape. The two sides curve outwards to form a large center for the seal. The center is square and flat with notches on the sides. There is a plain pedestal foot which ends in an octagonal base.

MONOGRAM on top: PT in Cyrillic, on bottom: TPYa (?) in Cyrillic in an oval, to left is a ship in full sail, behind oval is a crossed cross and anchor, a basket of flowers on top, and two kegs to the right, underneath is an inscription: Tokarev St.Petersburg theme in attributes, but not a conventional coat of arms. A modern piece?
