About this object
The seal is carved in an urn shape. There is an acanthus decoration on the cover. The cover is supported by a band of fine channelling, then extends outwards to form the central part of the seal. The center has a top band of channelling over a smooth area which is over a larger area of channelling that tapers down to the pedestal foot. The foot is ribbed and attaches to the round bottom which is cut.
