The square frame is made in honey colored agate. It has a gold inner frame with stylized laurel leaves in enamel. In each corner is a star made of tiny diamonds. It contains a miniature of MMP holding Nedenia as a baby. Their heads and upper shoulders are seen. MMP is holding Nedenia to the right.
