Folding light purple ostrich feather fan with dark purple feathers individually tied on the end of each light purple feather. Faux tortoiseshell sticks, guards, loop, and pivot cover with a metal pivot. Black 1 ¾ silk ribbon hangs from loop 16 ½” long. (12 sticks, 2 guards)
