Green silk twill covers an oval box shape with 2” wide black grosgrain ribbon, beginning under the front, across the top and down the back terminating with a flat knot bow, 7” wide. Arranged over the hat form are fifteen (15) green parrot wings, each approximately 4.5” x 2”. The inside edge is finished with green grosgrain ribbon.
