About this object

Gilt brass or bronze cross pattée with red enameled arms between which are gilt imperial eagles. Central medallion which is surrounded by a beaded gilt border is green cloisonné with the figure of St. Alexander Nevsky in gold with a red cape on a white horse. Hand of the Lord is also in gold. Reverse is plain matte gold metal.
