On the front is a profile of Emperor Alexander I, on the back is inscription in Cyrillic. Fourth is a medal commemorating the Tercentenary of the Reign of the House of Romanov on white, orange, and black ribbon. On the front portraits of Emperor Nicholas II and Tsar Mikhail, on the back is inscription in Cyrillic.
